EXCITING TIMES...

• the first few years we started with about 15-20 players and grew towards 45 players
• 2006-07 was our first year-round program
• 2007-08 was a rebuilding year with about 25 players
• 2008-09 tennis became part of the athletic class period and players recieved athletic credit for the first time!
• Fall 2009 the team recieved:
  • locker rooms
  • storage
  • 8 new courts at the new Prosper High School!

1988, coached by Jan Brown, the PHS tennis team began tournament play. We qualified for:

REGIONALS
  ’89 through ’07 every year except in ’04

SINGLES STATE
  1992 - Andreas Ramburg
  1993 - Carmen Carrington
  2003 - Rebecca Borchardt

DOUBLES STATE
  2005 - Nick Pott and Aaron Potvin

We have had numerous district team championships in 1A and 2A. We're hoping for one in 3A before we move to the next level.
